domesticblisstextiles.com and all products on this website are copyright and owned and operated by Anna Woolhouse t/a domestic bliss textiles. domesticblisstextiles is a registered trademark.
All design and production is located in New Zealand and all orders and transactions are governed by New Zealand (NZ) law.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to change any information on the domesticblisstextiles.com website at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website or any of our products without written permission by us.


ONLINE STORE TERMS
To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must:
be 18 years of age or older,
use your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information &
possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.


ORDERING
By ordering from our store, you agree to all our Terms & Conditions.
All orders are processed in NZ dollars. To see what you will be charged in your local currency, please use an online currency converter or contact your bank for details.
If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you.
Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being given to us.


ACCURATE INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.


PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Ours is a bespoke service and so to ensure no disappointment, please allow 3 weeks for delivery. A little longer if you live outside New Zealand. It may take much less time if we've got your chosen item currently in stock.  

 

PAYMENT
The total cost of your order is the price of the product ordered plus delivery costs.
Our store uses PayPal and eWAY payment gateways to process Visa, MasterCard and debit card payments.
By using our website you confirm that the credit or debit card that you are using is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not dispatch your order.
Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of NZ, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.


CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so by contacting us immediately, either by phone +64 4 971 1631 or email: domesticblisstextiles@gmail.com. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost, using a trackable method of your choice. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.


DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products online. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations (but we hope they do).


HANDMADE PRODUCTS
domestic bliss textiles are manufactured by hand so, at times, they can vary in appearance. This is the nature of handmade goods and we feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a defect.

TERMINATION
If we suspect that you have not complied with any of these Terms & Conditions, we may end this agreement at any time, without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
