Refund and exchange policies


RETURNS

We trust that you will be happy with your domestic bliss textiles purchase. If you are not, our policy stipulates that you can return it to us (within 30 days of delivery) and we will give you a full refund.
If 30 days have passed since we delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The returned goods must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you don't receive a refund, first, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It can take some time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at domesticbliss@vodafone.co.nz.


EXCHANGES
Our Returns policy specifies that you can exchange your purchased item for another in our store. The original item must be purchased from our online store. You are responsible for the return postage.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement item, send us an email at domesticbliss@vodafone.co.nz and send your item to: 2 Rhodes street, Newtown, Wellington 6021, New Zealand.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
